Jeff Jones, President/ CEO

| Jeff has over 18 years experience in the transportation industry and will be of tremendous assistance in enhancing AR360’s service products, providing hands on collections experience and growing our customer base. Jeff began his career with Watkins Motor Lines and subsequently Fed Ex Freight. During his career Jeff has worked in supervisory and managerial positions in every aspect of credit, collections, invoicing, revenue processing, cash application, imaging, system integration and business analytics. Jeff’s experience and leadership in operations and administrative roles at Fed Ex and Watkins has been augmented by his many achievements in the National Credit Mangers Association/Transportation Revenue Management Group where he served as Vice Chairman, Chairman and Counselor as this group has grown from a carrier group to expand to representing all modes of transportation across North America. Jeff holds a B.S. in Business Adminitration/Marketing from University of South Florida. |

Patrick Hanley, Chariman of the Board

| Patrick has over 35 years of experience as a finance and operations executive with multi-billion dollar transportation, oil and gas and manufacturing companies. Patrick most recently was Senior Vice President and CFO of UPS Freight (formerly Overnite Corporation) where he was responsible for strategic planning, finance, information technology, human resources, real estate, purchasing and internal audit. Patrick worked as part of the Overnite management team that successfully turned Overnite from a money losing operation with poor service to a successful company that went public in 2003, grew profits more than 15% quarterly while public, was purchased at a 40% premium by UPS in 2005 and successfully integrated into the UPS family of companies. Patrick began his career at Ford Motor Company where he spent over a decade in a variety of divisional and finance staff positions. Patrick received an MBA from New York University and his BA in Economics from Faifield University. |

Richard Lewis, Director Business Operations

| Richard has over 20 years of experience in all areas of Accounts Receivable and back office operations management. Richard began working with Watkins Motor Lines in A/R, later to move to Terminal Operations, Fuel Tax, Invoicing & Imaging Management, Credit Management and later to become Manager of Credit and Collections for the FedEx National organization when Watkins was acquired by FedEx. In his career he has played key roles in product implementations and transition of companies with great communications with both internal and external customer. Richard holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Central Florida. |

Khem Veasna, Senior Developer

| Khem has a Dual B.S. in Computer Science and Math from Northeastern University and a M.S. in Computer Science from Fitchburg State University. Prior to Gallium, he interned at MIT Lincoln Laboratory and worked at PTC, a product development company. Khem is one of our key developers with OnParr and has also been integral in the future of the vision for JAS. In his continued drive for education, he has worked with Universities on research and development with a recent focus on enterprise web application development and has also been involved with doing research work around signal processing. |
